What is TRE®?
TRE® is a gentle yet powerful series of exercises designed to support the body in releasing deep patterns of stress, tension, and trauma. It works by safely activating the body’s natural tremor mechanism—a neurogenic vibration that helps discharge muscular tension and bring the nervous system back to a state of balance, ease, and calm.
When we carry unresolved stress or trauma, the body can remain in a contracted state—stuck in fight, flight, or freeze. Over time, this can impact everything from our sleep to our sense of safety and connection. TRE offers a simple, body-led way to unwind these patterns, restoring a felt sense of groundedness, presence, and vitality.

What to expect in a session?
Each TRE session is tailored to your unique needs and pace. We begin with a brief check-in to understand what’s present for you and how your system is responding to life. From there, I’ll guide you step-by-step through a series of gentle movements designed to fatigue key muscle groups—particularly the psoas—allowing the body’s natural tremor response to emerge.
This shaking or vibrating is the body’s innate way of releasing stored tension and completing survival responses that may have been interrupted in the past.
At the end of the session, we’ll take time to integrate—reflecting on what emerged and exploring ways to support your ongoing regulation and embodiment. TRE can be a one-off session or part of a longer journey depending on your goals.
