Mentoring

Embodied guidance for teachers, practitioners, and seekers

What is Mentoring?

Mentoring offers a reflective space for practitioners, teachers, and seekers who wish to live, work, and serve from a place of deeper embodiment, authenticity, and clarity.

These sessions are an invitation to pause, listen inwardly, and attune to what is truly wanting to unfold through you — in your work, your teaching, and your life. Rather than offering strategies or formulas, this is a collaborative process of inquiry that helps you come into clearer relationship with your own inner wisdom and creative direction.

Together, we explore what it means to live and lead from alignment — where your expression in the world becomes a natural extension of your truth.

Mentoring can support you to:

  • Clarify your unique path and purpose

  • Cultivate confidence and trust in your inner guidance

  • Integrate embodiment and presence into your work with others

  • Refine or evolve your offerings in a way that feels authentic and sustainable

  • Deepen in the capacity to hold space with awareness, compassion, and integrity

  • Navigate transitions or times of uncertainty with groundedness and flow

A Space for Emergence

Many who come to mentoring are at a threshold — feeling called to step into a new phase of their life or work, yet sensing that what’s next can’t be “figured out” through thought alone.

These sessions create the conditions for clarity to arise naturally. Through dialogue, somatic inquiry, and embodied reflection, we listen together for what is most alive — the deeper movement of your life that wants to take form.

You might be refining your professional direction, creating new offerings, or seeking more confidence in bringing your work into the world. Whatever the form, the process remains the same: returning to presence, aligning with what’s true, and allowing action to arise from there.

Who is Mentoring for?

Mentoring may be supportive if you are:

  • A therapist, coach, or facilitator seeking to bring more embodiment and depth into your practice

  • A meditation or movement teacher wanting to integrate trauma-awareness and authenticity into your teaching

  • A creative, healer, or seeker wanting to find clarity about your direction, your voice, and your place in the world

  • Someone who feels called to serve from love and presence, yet wants support to bring that calling into form

Work with Renata

  • “ Renata is an absolutely incredible therapist. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! She has the gift to make you feel so welcome, seen and heard the moment you meet her. She creates an incredibly safe space for you to drop in, go deep, and fully surrender to the process. I have had incredible insights and experienced a deep transformation during our sessions. “

  • “I'm so grateful for the guidance Renata has given me. For a long time I was looking for someone to help me move beyond the state of anxiety and shutdown that I was in. It wasn't until I worked with Renata guiding me, that I was able to tap into what was driving my nervous system dysregulation and constant reactiveness. I feel so much more grounded and peaceful since the somatic healing with Renata. I'd recommend her to anyone struggling with emotional overwhelm or who wants to grow and heal.”

  • “I felt so grateful for the TRE practice yesterday. I feel I take something new and fresh away into my sitting practice from it.

Renata is a very good teacher, enriched I feel, by her commitment to her own personal work.“

  • “TRE was such a unique experience from which I am sure I will continue to benefit as I practice regularly. I certainly feel the best I have for quite a while and am so grateful for the way Renata led this simple but profound technique.”

  • “Renata is a gifted teacher and I like very much the way she tunes in to an individual's response and honour that, whilst giving back what might be a good offering for them as well.

I can see that Renata has studied the dharma extensively and it is fab to be the recipient of this specialised knowledge. I love the space and authenticity in her teachings as well as inclusion of relevance to trauma and the unconscious as related to processing deep feelings. I also really enjoyed the class on The Inner Critic!

It seems to me that she lives what she teaches. It is so wonderful to experience that. “
