Mentoring

Living the Dharma in everyday life

What is Mentoring?

Mentoring offers a reflective, relational space to explore how spiritual insight and awakening unfold within the reality of a human life. It supports the integration of meditation practice, self-inquiry, and embodied awareness into relationships, work, and everyday experience.

Rather than focusing on achieving particular states, mentoring is oriented toward lived understanding — how insight meets conditioning, how awakening is embodied through the nervous system and psychology, and how truth expresses itself in the midst of ordinary life.

Mentoring can support you to:

Mentoring is for meditation practitioners, spiritual seekers, and those already engaged in a path of inquiry who wish to deepen their understanding of how the Dharma lives in their life.

You may come with questions arising from meditation practice, retreat experiences, or specific life situations, and a curiosity about how to meet them through a contemplative and embodied lens. This work is for those interested in truth as something lived and integrated, rather than abstract or separate from daily life.

  • “ Renata is an absolutely incredible therapist. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! She has the gift to make you feel so welcome, seen and heard the moment you meet her. She creates an incredibly safe space for you to drop in, go deep, and fully surrender to the process. I have had incredible insights and experienced a deep transformation during our sessions. “

  • “I'm so grateful for the guidance Renata has given me. For a long time I was looking for someone to help me move beyond the state of anxiety and shutdown that I was in. It wasn't until I worked with Renata guiding me, that I was able to tap into what was driving my nervous system dysregulation and constant reactiveness. I feel so much more grounded and peaceful since the somatic healing with Renata. I'd recommend her to anyone struggling with emotional overwhelm or who wants to grow and heal.”

  • “I felt so grateful for the TRE practice yesterday. I feel I take something new and fresh away into my sitting practice from it.

Renata is a very good teacher, enriched I feel, by her commitment to her own personal work.“

  • “TRE was such a unique experience from which I am sure I will continue to benefit as I practice regularly. I certainly feel the best I have for quite a while and am so grateful for the way Renata led this simple but profound technique.”

  • “Renata is a gifted teacher and I like very much the way she tunes in to an individual's response and honour that, whilst giving back what might be a good offering for them as well.

I can see that Renata has studied the dharma extensively and it is fab to be the recipient of this specialised knowledge. I love the space and authenticity in her teachings as well as inclusion of relevance to trauma and the unconscious as related to processing deep feelings. I also really enjoyed the class on The Inner Critic!

It seems to me that she lives what she teaches. It is so wonderful to experience that. “
