Welcome to Soma Wisdom
Soma Wisdom is a space for healing and awakening through the innate intelligence of the body. Through somatic inquiry, movement, and trauma release tools, we learn to listen deeply to the subtle language of the soma and gently downregulate the nervous system, returning to the immediacy of present-moment experience. As we deepen this relationship with the body, a greater sense of clarity and ease begins to emerge, and our lives unfold more naturally and authentically. From this place of embodied presence, authenticity and wholeness arise, along with a felt sense of coming home within ourselves and a deeper trust in the organic unfolding of life.

Hello, I’m Renata.
I’m a psychotherapist, teacher and mentor. My work is devoted to supporting people to awaken to their true nature and live from a place of wholeness and freedom.
I am passionate about self-inquiry as a gateway to wholeness — a way of coming into direct contact with life as it unfolds, moment to moment. I believe that what we seek in life already lives within us. Yet through trauma, conditioning, or nervous system dysregulation, we often become disconnected from our bodies and from the deeper intelligence that guides us.

Hakomi-based somatic psychotherapy
A trauma-informed, experiential psychotherapy that uses mindfulness and somatic awareness to uncover and transform unconscious patterns. Grounded in the Hakomi method, these sessions invite a gentle and curious exploration of your inner experience, allowing implicit memories, beliefs, and emotional patterns to emerge into awareness. Through direct contact with the body, this work supports healing, regulation, and emotional integration — restoring a sense of connection, coherence, and wholeness.

Tension & Trauma Release (TRE®)
A simple, powerful tool for nervous system regulation
A gentle yet powerful practice that supports the release of chronic stress and tension held in the body. By activating the body’s natural tremoring mechanism, TRE allows the nervous system to discharge stored activation in a safe and organic way. Over time, this process can support regulation, resilience, and a return to a more grounded and balanced state, helping the body to move out of patterns of holding and into greater ease.

Meditation & Embodied Dharma
Spaces and teachings for awakening through direct experience.
Alongside individual work, I offer spaces dedicated to the deepening of meditation and insight practice. These include retreats, courses, and ongoing practice containers grounded in the Buddha’s teachings. This work supports a natural unfolding of clarity and wisdom through intimate contact with present-moment experience.
