About
Renata Malinauskas
Hello, I’m Renata. I’m a psychotherapist, teacher, and mentor. My work is devoted to supporting people to awaken to their true nature and live from a place of wholeness and freedom.
I am passionate about self-inquiry as a gateway to wholeness — a way of coming into direct contact with life as it unfolds, moment by moment. I hold the understanding that what we seek in life already lives within us. Yet through trauma, conditioning, or nervous system dysregulation, we can become disconnected from our bodies and from the deeper intelligence that guides us.
Through the simple act of coming home to the body — feeling, sensing, and listening — we return to what is real and alive within us. From this embodied presence, inner guidance, clarity, and freedom naturally re-emerge. Life begins to move through us with greater ease, expressing itself with authenticity and purpose.
My Path
My path has been shaped by a deep and ongoing inquiry into truth, human consciousness, and what genuinely supports healing, transformation, and awakening. This inquiry has been lived through direct experience, including extended periods of silent retreat, years of committed Buddhist practice, and deep engagement with somatic approaches to trauma healing and embodied awakening.
Lineages & Influences
For over fifteen years, I have been immersed in the Buddha Dharma through the Insight and Vajrayana traditions, with a strong emphasis on embodied realisation. This foundation continues to inform my work as a Dharma teacher.
Alongside this, I have trained in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Psychosomatic Therapy, TRE®, and Focusing — approaches that honour the body’s intelligence and its natural, organic unfolding.
My Work Today
I currently offer one-to-one sessions, and facilitate events and retreats that support self-inquiry and embodiment as pathways to wholeness and freedom.
