About Nutrition Coaching
In these one-on-one sessions, we begin by exploring your current habits, lifestyle, and any health concerns you’re experiencing. Together, we clarify what’s not working, what you’d like to change, and the outcomes you’re seeking.
From there, we create a personalised plan that takes your whole being into account — not just your nutritional needs, but also your personality, preferences, and the way you naturally live. Lasting change often comes from working with your current habits rather than forcing against them, so the psychological and emotional aspects of food choices are always part of our work.
My intention is to help you create sustainable, nourishing changes by:
Learning to listen to your body’s signals
Expanding your food vocabulary and variety
Making adjustments that support your health and wellbeing

We begin with a 75-minute initial session to explore your current nutrition habits, health goals, and lifestyle. This session serves as a comprehensive assessment, allowing us to gain insight into your unique needs and I create a personalised nutrition plan that aligns with your preferences, routine, and long-term well-being.
Investment
Initial Assessment (75 min): $200
Follow ups (45min): $180
