In these one-on-one sessions, we begin by exploring your current habits, lifestyle, and any health concerns you’re experiencing. Together, we clarify what’s not working, what you’d like to change, and the outcomes you’re seeking.
From there, we create a personalised plan that takes your whole being into account — not just your nutritional needs, but also your personality, preferences, and the way you naturally live.
