About Movement Sessions
Movement is not only a prerequisite for physical health and vitality – it is also a pathway to embodiment and to feeling truly at home within ourselves. When we move with awareness, we strengthen fascia health, support nervous system regulation, balance hormones and digestion, improve interoception (our capacity to sense ourselves from the inside out), enhance sleep, and cultivate a deeper connection with life itself.
What to Expect
In our sessions, I work with both your body and mind as they are in the moment. Together, we clarify your intentions and overall goals – whether that’s supporting health and resilience, cultivating regulation and balance, or deepening embodiment. From there, we explore how your body most wants to move on that particular day, always with an eye to integration and long-term wellbeing.
What the Sessions May Include:
Strength training
Gentle flow and mobility work
Stretching and fascia release
Cardiovascular movement
The Details
We begin with an initial 75-minute session to explore your current routine and clarify your goals. From there, we co-create a pathway forward, integrating movement as a practice of health, healing, and embodied living.
The sessions are held in Brunswick Heads, NSW and Online.
Investment:
Initial Session: $200 AUD (75 minutes)
Ongoing Sessions: $160 AUD (60 minutes)
