Foundations of Mindfulness - An Eight-Week Meditation Course

An Eight-Week Mindfulness and Meditation Course

This eight-week course is an invitation to learn and deepen the foundations of mindfulness as taught by the Buddha. Rooted in the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta, the course supports the gradual cultivation of awareness, presence, and the capacity to meet experience with greater clarity and spaciousness.

The focus of this course is on strengthening mindfulness practice — learning to observe experience, unblend from reactivity, and develop the ability to be with what arises. As mindfulness deepens, we naturally move toward a more grounded and responsive way of relating to life.

What the Course Offers

Over the eight weeks, we explore the Four Foundations of Mindfulness and the common challenges that arise in practice, creating a safe and supportive container for awareness to grow. The course provides continuity, structure, and the support of Sangha, allowing practice to deepen in a way that feels held and sustainable.

How the Course Is Taught

Each session includes guided meditation, short teachings, and space for reflection and discussion. The approach is experiential and practice-based, supporting understanding that arises through direct experience rather than theory alone.

Who This Course Is For

This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners who wish to establish or strengthen their mindfulness practice and bring greater presence into daily life.

The course is held within a supportive Sangha environment, offering a shared field of practice, inquiry, and learning.
