Wellness Program

The Wellness Program is a personalised 8-week journey designed to create lasting change by addressing both movement and nutrition together. We work closely to support your physical health, fascia, nervous system, and overall wellbeing — helping you build a solid foundation for a healthier, more vibrant life.

Your program can include:

  • One-to-one movement sessions, or a tailored movement plan you can follow at home

  • Personalised nutrition plan to support sustainable, nourishing changes

  • Ongoing guidance to explore and address psychological or behavioural patterns that may be holding you back

Over the 8 weeks, we have the time and space to see what works for you, what doesn’t, and to make adjustments along the way. This is a powerful container for building healthier habits, deepening your connection to yourself, and transforming not just how you live, but how you feel about yourself.

The Details

Before we begin, we’ll schedule a 75-minute initial session to explore your current lifestyle, movement patterns, and nutritional habits. This session serves as a comprehensive assessment and gives us the opportunity to co-create a personalised movement and nutrition plan that reflects your goals, preferences, and daily rhythm.

Investment

  • Initial Assessment (75 min): $200

  • Personalised Nutrition Plan + two Reassessments = $390

  • Personalised Movement Plan = The cost will vary depending on your choice of fitness plan
