Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility, find balance, or bring more energy into your daily life, each session is tailored to your unique goals, needs, and rhythm.

Individualised training sessions tailored to your goals and needs
Work together over an 8-week period
Choose 1 or 2 sessions per week, in person or online
Each session is 45–60 minutes and may include:
Strength training
Mobility work
Flexibility
Balance training
Boxing
